Realtor.com covered the arrival of SERHANT. in Chicago this month and named Jennifer Mills-Klatt as one of the founding agents leading the brokerage’s launch in Illinois.
SERHANT. was founded by Ryan Serhant, who starred on Million Dollar Listing New York and Netflix’s Owning Manhattan. It has been one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the country this year, opening in Massachusetts, Texas, California, and Colorado before Chicago. The new Illinois team will serve the Chicago metro and the North Shore. It starts with four founding agents and 18 more agents, who together account for more than $600 million in sales over the past year.
SERHANT. hires selectively. According to Realtor.com, its agents must meet high minimums for annual sales, and most founding agents sell far more than that. Jennifer has more than $1 billion in sales over a career of nearly 40 years.
She told Realtor.com why she made the move:
